Hello Rolling Forest!
I hope everyone is ready for FALL! We have planned a neighborhood Garage Sale Event for October 20th 2018 with a rain date of October 27th, 2018. See below for details.
Advertized Garage Sale EVENT: October 20th 2018 - 8am-5pm
This is a volunteer event for those home owners that would like to have garage sales at their residents throughout the neighborhood. We are advertizing the time as Saturday October 20th, 2018, 8am-5pm and leaving it up to each individual home owner to choose the hours that best fit your needs.
The Rolling forests Social Committee, with help from our HOA, are taking care of the advertizing for this event. We will put a Large Banner at the front of the Neighborhood a couple of days prior for advertisement and advertise the Neighborhood Garage Sale event on Social Media. Feel free to add the event to social media sites you may have in mind.
From your County Commissioner's office: If you have a complaint about the traffic lights at FM 149 and FM 1774, please look under documents for TXDOT PHONE #'s to lodge your complaints.
*****************************NOTICE************************** REGARDING NEW WELLS IN THE SUBDIVISION. IF YOUR LOT IS LESS THAN 1.5 ACRES, PER THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT, THIS IS NOT ALLOWED. WELLS MAY ONLY BE DRILLED IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 1.5 ACRES.

HOW TO PAY YOUR DUES
The 2018 dues for Rolling Forest POA is $185.00 per homestead These are due on January 31, 2018 (postmark date). You may pay your dues online at the link below. Need a payment plan? Contact us! We'll be happy to help you!
