The Board of Directors meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month, except for December at the Steward Pavilion beginning at 7:30 PM. Beginning June 1, 2005 the deposit for new home construction will be $1,000 ~ BUILDERS ~ As of February 21st, all lots must be identified by posting a sign with the block and lot address PRIOR to any clearing of the lot. There will be a fine assessed if any building is started prior to the address and builder being identified. Please keep in mind that the orange construction fence is NOT the same as the required environmental fencing which is required by state law. *****************************NOTICE************************** REGARDING NEW WELLS IN THE SUBDIVISION.
