THE AMOUNT THAT IS ON THE STATEMENT REFLECTS 6 MONTHS WORTH OF FEES/DUES.  IF YOU WISH TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR, PLEASE DOUBLE THE AMOUNT.  IF YOU ARE PAYING MONTHLY, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE AN ACH FORM ON FILE WITH MAGNOLIA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.  PLEASE CLICK ON DOCUMENTS ABOVE, AND IT WILL BE THE FIRST FORM ON THAT PAGE.  YOU MAY EITHER SCAN AND EMAIL IT OR FAX IT BACK FOR FASTEST SERVICE.
